Morning Wake-Me-Up
I’m obsessed with juicing!
Once or twice a week I head out to our local grocery store and buy fresh fruits and veggies to stock up for the family. As a family of five you can imagine we go through a lot of food especially my three growing boys! They love their fruits and veggies. I love to make them fresh pressed juice to aid in their nutritional intake. Here I used sweet potatoes (yes you can juice a potato), beets, blood oranges, celery, carrots, bosk pears, kiwis, and pineapple. It turned out amazingly delicious. The kids and I love to start off each day with a small glass of this. These go pretty fast in our home however if it was just myself drinking them I wouldn’t make a huge amount. Just like whole fruit and veggies they can go bad quickly so drink your vitamins and enjoy.
